Cost Controls incorporates three basic components: estimating, value engineering and accounting.  Value engineering and life-cycle cost analysis are directed at reducing the overall cost and scheduling of a project.

 

Time Management in the construction industry is accomplished through a standard tool: the construction schedule. Our schedules detail every aspect of the project and determine relationships between the various elements and their optimum sequence.
